Step 1
Clean the beetroot n wipe with a cloth n grate it well. Season in oil mustard, dry red chillies, curry leaves n chopped onions saute well n add the beetroot, turneric n salt. Mix well n cook with a closed lid in low flame. Finally add coconut n mix well for a few secs
