Step 1
Wash and dry the boneless chicken fillets. Cut into cubed size pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper powder, curd,a pinch of food color and salt as needed. Set aside for 1 hour in room temperature.
Step 2
After one hour, add the corn flour and the rice flour. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces. Chop the garlic cloves, cut and slit the green chillies.
Step 3
Heat oil in medium flame and drop the chicken pieces one at a time and fry in batches. Keep stirring to fry uniformly for 4 to 5 minutes and remove once golden brown and cooked through. Fry till evenly cooked. Remove chicken to a plate.
Step 4
Heat1tsp oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic, slit green chillies and the curry leaves. Mix and saute on medium heat for around 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix and fry on medium heat for a minute. Now add the1/4 tsp pepper and continue to fry on medium heat for another minute. Serve hot as a starter.
