Step 1
Take a big bowl, add 300 gm All purpose flour, 1/4 tbsp salt, add water slowly and make a soft dough
Step 2
Now take another bowl, Add 1 finely chopped cabbage, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped carrot,chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix it well
Step 3
Now make small dough ball and roll it in small circle shape, put 1 tbsp prepared stuffing on it , apply water on the circumference of circle and close it in shape as you like or you can see in the picture
Step 4
Take a steamer or Idly steamer, heat 3 cups water and put these dumplings on it , cook these for 10- 15 minutes, serve it hot with any dip
