Step 1
Take a big bowl, add 200 gm all purpose flour, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp ajwain, 1 tbsp oil , add water slowly and make a soft dough, leave it for 10 minutes
Step 2
For stuffing, take a cookware, heat 1 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds and wait till it gets brown, add 2 chopped green chillies, now add 4 boiled potatoes, add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala,mix it well and cook for 3 - 4 minutes , add 1 tsp chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves after it cools down
Step 3
Now make a dough ball of 20 gm, roll it in round shape, cut it into 2 equal pieces with knife, now apply water with finger on the corners, take one of the piece in hand, stick the two ends and make a triangle shape with lower side open, now fill the stuffing into this and stick the lower side using water
Step 4
Now take a cookware, heat 2 cups oil(for deep fry) on medium flame, fry these from both side till it gets light brown, serve it hot
