Step 1
Add 10 cup milk in a kadhai or cookware, boil the milk and cook till it become thick like paste(approx 30 minutes)
Step 2
Turn off the flame and let it cool for 2-3 minutes , add 500 gm sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well
Step 3
Now take a flat surface plate and spread this paste with a thickness on it and let it cool down
Step 4
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and cut it into square shape with a knife and serve it
