Step 1
Take a cookware, heat 1 cup oil , add 250 gm chopped (big cubes) pumpkin(peel the outside cover), 2 chopped raw mango and fry this till these gets soft and take these out
Step 2
Now take another cookware, heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp kalonji, 1/4 tsp ajwain and cook till it gets brown, now add 1 tbsp ginger,garlic and green chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes, add paste of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, asafetida, 3 tbsp water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame, now add the fried pumpkin and Raw mango in it , add 1/2 tbsp salt and cook for 8-10 minutes, serve it hot with Indian puffed bread or roti
