Step 1
Take a bowl, add 200gm gram flour, 1/4 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ajwain, add water slowly and make a soft dough,make a big dough ball and flat it in round shape and cut into small square pieces
Step 2
Now add 3 cups water in pressure cooker, add the dough balls in this and cook till one whistle
Step 3
Take a cookware, heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1/4 tsp asafetida, cook till it gets brown, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min, add 1 chopped onion and cook for 2-3 min, now add 1 chopped tomatoe amd cook for 3 minutes till it gets soft, add paste pr 1/3 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp fennel seeds,5 tbsp water, add 1/4 tbsp salt and cook for 5 minutes
Step 4
Now add the boiled gram flour flattened dough balls in this and cook for 9-10 minutes and serve it hot
