Step 1
Take 5 potatoes, cut these in long cuboidal shape. Take a cookware, add 5 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt, boil for 4- 5 minutes ( don't boil till it gets too soft)
Step 2
Take another cookware, add oil , deep fry the boiled potato till it gets brown
Step 3
Now take a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, mix it well. Add 3 tbsp tomatoe sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar,cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Now take a bowl add 3 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp corn starch, mix it and add this into the mixture
Step 5
Add the fried potatoes into the mixture, cook for 1-2 minutes and serve it hot by sprinkling sesame seeds on the top.
