Step 1
Take a bowl, add 500gm all purpose flour, 1/4 tbsp instant yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt
Step 2
Now add water slowly and make a soft dough, Now cover it and leave for 15 minutes
Step 3
Now make a dough ball of 50 gm, put coriander leaves on it and roll it in round shape
Step 4
Now apply water on lower side of bread with hands or brush
Step 5
Put bread in pan with water side on pan and heat this on medium flame till it gets brown from lower side
Step 6
Now remove it from the pan with the help of tongs and cook it from the other side on direct flame with the help of tongs till it gets brown(you can see in the picture)
Step 7
Now once it gets cook apply butter on the upper side and cut it into 2 pieces, serve it hot
