Step 1
Take a bowl, add 500 gms wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ajwain, add water slowly and knead a soft dough
Step 2
For stuffing, take a bowl, add 4 boiled potatoes and mash it, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ajwain, chopped Coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, mix it well
Step 3
Make dough balls of 50 gm, stuff it with prepared mixture, roll it in round shape
Step 4
Heat a tawa/pan, put this parantha on it and cook from both side apply butter or ghee and cook from both side, ready to serve
