Momos is a traditional Nepali cuisine but it lot differs from Indian momos. Chicken Dumpling is a famous street food all over India.

Step 1
In a bowl mix Refined flour, salt, baking powder, sugar then add water to it and knead it to a fine soft dough .Cover with muslin cloth
Step 2
Cut the red chillis and soak them in the water. Now in a pan add red chillis and tomatoes , Boil them for 10 mins .Now blend them in smooth paste.
Step 3
Slice the onions and in a pan add oil and let it hot add sliced onion and cook it till light brown then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins and add chicken to this.
Step 4
Cook the chicken till its water dry and add salt, black paper ,soy sauce and vinegar to it mix well.
Step 5
Let it aside and lets Make momos chutney ,Take a pan add oil on medium flame add sliced garlic cloves and fry them for sec now add smooth paste of tomatoes and chillis we did earlier.
Step 6
Stir them now add sugar ,soy sauce, vinegar and salt to this and cook it until it thick chutney.
Step 7
Now Roll the dough into very thin rounds.
Step 8
Take each round piece and place some chicken filling in the center. Now bring edges together and twist to seal it.
Step 9
Take a steamer and pre heat it for about 10 mins and now add filling momos to it and steam about 15 mins and serve with chutney we made earlier.
