Step 1
Cut the boneless chicken in medium cube size. Marinate it with salt ,ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, mustard oil, yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala and lime juice mix well the chicken cubes in the mixture and keep aside.
Step 2
To make Tawa partha in a bowl mix maida, salt ,sugar and tsp of vegetable oil and knead it by adding littile water and make a smooth dough, add 1 tsp of oil and coat all over it,now cover set aside.
Step 3
Cut the onion and capsicum in medium cube size. Further heat a pan with oil on medium flame add ginger garlic paste to this and stir them for 1-2 mins and add cubed size onion and capsicum ,thin sliced carrot and continue to cook for 4-5 mins. You can make authentic kathi chicken just by add chicken, cubed onion and capsicum put on a skewer and fry along with kathi(skewer).
Step 4
Now add marinated chicken to pan and cook them from each side now take chicken and keep it on open flame to give charred Flavour . Turn of the flame and transfer in to a bowl
Step 5
Now knead the dough again we covered earlier divide into 4 portion and sprinkle flour over it and roll them out into big circle ,do the same for all remaining dough.
Step 6
Take a flat pan over medium flame and place rolled out plain paratha and flip it to other side.
Step 7
Now add some oil to the pratha and flip it again and add oil to other side, Now take it out and cook all reamining paratha like this.
Step 8
again add some oil to the pan and add beaten egg and add paratha one side over egg let the egg cook and remove it from pan.
Step 9
place chicken we prepared for filling one side of paratha, sprinkle some chaat masala and add some mayonnaise and tomato sauce now fold like roll and serve.
