Step 1
In a Kadai add ghee/oil let it heat and add cumin seed, ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes then add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, and cumin powder and littile water to it and saute till oil separates.
Step 2
Now add cauliflower ,cubed size potatoes , sliced onions ,sliced tomatoes and salt to it mix everything and add some water to this and stir.
Step 3
Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Frequently stir nd check if all cooked or not.
Step 4
Now chopped coriander leaves Further switch off the flame add leaves for garnishing.
