Step 1
Wash all the vegetables and finely chop them.
Step 2
In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, and mustard seeds, and let them crackle up. Once the seeds are crackled up add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes to the pan and cook until the tomatoes soften a little.
Step 3
Add the spices and cabbage to the pan. Mix and saute well.
Step 4
Add a half cup of water and give a nice stir. Cook until the cabbage softens and you get the desired texture.
